David Roseberry is a Vice President and Chief Information Officer for RTI International in Research Triangle Park, NC.
In this role, Roseberry is responsible for developing and implementing a coordinated information technology strategy, including policies, procedures, and standards that will facilitate and drive RTI’s mission and vision. Roseberry also manages ITS, which provides RTI’s telecommunications, information security and computing services, and corporate business systems.
Roseberry joined RTI in 2004 as senior director of ITS where he provided overall operational leadership and oversaw development of the ITS Support Services department, which involved consolidating disparate support functions across the organization and reconstructing help desk services to better meet the needs of staff members.Prior to coming to RTI, Roseberry held a number of ITS related management positions with Memscap, NA; JDS Uniphase; MCNC; and American Information Systems.Roseberry earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He is a resident of Cary, N.C.
Chris Stygles is the Manager of IT Processes for RTI International in Research Triangle Park, NC.
In this role, Chris is responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and improving the processes used by the IT Organization. Chris holds primary responsibility for the implementation of the ITIL framework in ITS and heads the Continuous Service Improvement department, which manages the IT Service Catalog and operational processes such as Change Management.
Chris joined RTI in 2009 as a Senior Process Engineer leading Six Sigma projects in specific service areas including PC Replenishment and Security Awareness.Prior to joining RTI, Chris held a number of technical, IT process, and IT management positions with Dana Corporation. Chris earned a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from the University of Toledo. He is a resident of Holly Springs, N.C.
