Session I - Protecting Your Company in a Global Marketplace

This presentation will explore the risks associated with doing business with entities overseas and foreign entities in the U.S.

Session II - The Coming Storm

This presentation will feature the newest FBI training video (titled The Coming Storm) which examines an active shooter threat at a U.S. university and offers guidance for incident management and incident survival.

Session III - Cyber Issues Forum

Representative(s) from the FBI cyber squad will be on hand to answer questions and deliver a brief presentation about current threats.

Speakers: Brent Underwood, Special Agent, Naval Criminal Investigative Service

SA Underwood has over 20 years of law enforcement experience at the local, state, and Federal levels. SA Underwood began his Federal law enforcement career with the Air  Force Office of Special Investigations in 2002. His counterintelligence  experience includes a six month tour in Baghdad, Iraq in 2005 and over three years as the Executive Counterintelligence Agent for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Program in Crystal City, VA. In 2008, SA Underwood went to work for NCIS and conducted counterintelligence investigations and operations at Camp Lejeune Marine Corps Base. SA Underwood is currently tasked to provide Research, Development, and Acquisition protection for Department of Defense technologies throughout North Carolina. He holds a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice and a M.A. in Political Science.
