Session I Cloud Forensics Audit Planning

Speaker: Valdez Ladd: Valdez is a Technical Support Engineer for Siemens Medical Solutions Remote Services. He specializes in VPN and encryption for remote servicing of medical imaging equipment. He also serves as an Information Security Adviser to assist with internal security processes, compliance and risk assessments. He has volunteered with the Cloud Security Alliance.

Session II Smart Phone Forensics

Speaker: Derek Ellington: Derek Ellington is a Certified Forensic Examiner with Ellington Digital Forensics. He has over 10 years of experience in Digital Forensics and 20 years of experience in data recovery and IT. He is an expert in computer and mobile device forensics as well as intrusion, employee misconduct, and incident response. Ellington Digital Forensics is routinely called in to investigate, audit, and terminate IT professionals. Derek Ellington is regularly tendered as an expert witness and has testified in all manner of cases and in varying courts and jurisdictions. Ellington Digital Forensics’ state of the art lab is located just outside of Raleigh, and not only covers North Carolina, but conducts investigations for clients all over the country and around the world. He is speaker and trainer and is a regular contributor to Family Law and Digital Forensic Publications.
